Hi, I’m Patty — baker, decorator, sprinkle-stirrer, and the creative brain behind Patty Cakes Bakes.
I started PCB in 2020 with a whisk, a dream, and a whole lot of butter. Since then, I’ve baked my way through birthdays, weddings, graduations, corporate pop-ups, and every “just because” celebration in between — all from my cozy cottage kitchen right here in Lake Stevens.
I believe dessert should feel fun, memorable, and a little bit magical.
So whether I’m piping buttercream swirls, teaching cookie decorating classes, or handing over a signature cake with gold cherries on top — I’m all about creating treats that people remember long after the last crumb is gone.

✨ I started Patty Cakes Bakes while working full-time in healthcare — and I still show up to the kitchen powered by strong coffee and great playlists.
🎂 I’m obsessed with celebration cakes — especially the ones with big personalities, bold colors, and glittering details.
👩🏫 I LOVE teaching cookie decorating classes — watching someone nail their first perfect line of royal icing is chef’s kiss.
📍 You can spot me all summer under my bright pink-and-purple canopy at local farmers markets.
🍒 My signature cake line includes sassy show-offs like Black Tie Affair, Red Carpet Royale, and Éclair-Tastic.
🎮 I’m raising a future tech genius, and yes — he taste tests everything.
